Generalized Frequency Hough (GFH-v2). New core function developed under ICSC

This record contains the newly-implemented Matlab source function used to compute the Generalized Frequency Hough transform. This method is used within the LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA collaboration for long-duration gravitational waves from newly-born neutron stars. The core of this transform has been optimized using the work done in the flagship use case 2.3.1 of the ICSC Spoke 2 project.
