Description

Band Sampled Data (BSD) files are meant to provide a flexible data analysis framework, particularly suitable for the search of continuous gravitational wave signals.
The detector’s data are taken from the SFDB data base, downsampled to 10 Hz and divided into files containing 10 Hz wide bands and 1 month of data. Cleaning is applied, in order to remove strong glitches from the data. Each file also contain headers with all the relevant information. Several functions to read and analyse the data in this format have been developed and are attached to the SNAG library.
