Tomographic dataset of 2 scans:
- Test sample containing 5 cuvettes. Input tomographic reconstructions are in folders LOW, HIGH, ABS_SUM, PHASE. Materlial decomposition performed following the three algorithms outlined in the paper are in the folders DECOM_Spectral, DECOMP_AttenuationPhase, DECOMP_SpectralPhase.
- Mouse sample containing iodine-based contrast agent. Input tomographic reconstructions are in folders LOW, HIGH, PHASE. Material decomposition images obtained by following the spectral/phase algorithm are in DECOMP_SpectralPhase
