Cross-section measurements are mainly hampered by the very low counting rate<br>\nand cosmic background. An underground location is extremely advantageous for such studies, as<br>\ndemonstrated by the LUNA experiment in the Gran Sasso Laboratory (Italy). This paper reports on the<br>\nresults recently obtained by such an experiment and on the future perspectives in this field.</p>", "headline": "Nuclear astrophysics and underground accelerators", "identifier": "https://doi.org/10.1016/j.dark.2014.05.004", "image": "https://zenodo.org/static/img/logos/zenodo-gradient-round.svg", "inLanguage": { "@type": "Language", "alternateName": "eng", "name": "English" }, "license": "https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/", "name": "Nuclear astrophysics and underground accelerators", "url": "https://www.openaccessrepository.it/record/29785" }
