Analytical expressions concerning the design of the piping system are derived and numerically checked by means of the ANSYS-FLOTRAN code v.13 [1]. A full gas flow CFD simulation of the trapezoidal detector is finally performed on the basis of the proposed formulae that should be thoroughly validated only by further experimental tests.</p></description> </descriptions> </resource>
